Crew availability is crucial for any airlines, Hence, we need to be able to engage with Creq. When a crew goes to pregnancy, she
cannot fly. She informs the Base Manager
and then she is taken off the roster. She is
not back to flying till she has delivered and
availed her Maternity Leave.

Could you please think of setting up a Crew
notification process to engage the Crew
during the complete duration. Please
