I Need A PowerPoint Designer

We are looking for a freelancer front end developer to do a data entry. We basically need also someone that can convert or change JPEG to PDF file documents,we just need to use it as a website background and what can be gotten from our company. The level of conversation must be appropriate and posses good file texture...the pay is bountiful
