Modern PowerPoint Template Library Creation

I'm looking for a designer to leverage an existing powerpoint presentation in creating a library of template slides (empty text boxes, titles, empty photo elements). Ideally, we'd like these slides to be then uploaded as a company powerpoint template. We have the slide layouts ready along with colour schemes, etc. We're looking at 20 template slides in total.
