Microsoft power point and words

We have some Microsoft power point and word documents I have designed and built. I would like to be themed and templated up possibly evolved with more slides, pages. I can send what we currently have and would like someone who is a expert designer in Microsoft power point and word to evaluate and recommend what they could do to improve the slides and make them easier for users. We have a large corporate staff base who will be using these templates. I want fonts to be consistent and locked in, colours consistent
