Making a proposal doc/ ppt ( urgently required by today itself)

I have made a very simple ppt for presentation to a High Ranking officer. I want to improvise it to make it a High class presenataion as a proposal for the servcies mentioned. The maker should do some research additionally on the topic ( in which we can help also) and convert it into a nice looking ppt or proposal doc with use of best in class ppt features.
