Make a small powerpoint presentation

I am looking for somebody who can create a small PowerPoint presentation with 16 or more slides. The purpose of the presentation is educational. I already have an outline and I need someone to create the presentation based on that outline. I need someone who is experienced in creating presentations and who can make sure this one has a professional look and feel.
