Make a presentation in PowerPoint 2016

I need a presentation maximum 10 minutes on how to arrange a work desk area for one worker in an open office space.
The desk area must be unanimous and suitable for all different professions.
As a minimum the furniture arrangement must include an automatically adjustable table and an
ergonomic desk chair. Think of what makes an open office space functional and if you would
include anything else. Find examples of actual furniture. Include delivery time, costs and other
relevant information about the chosen items.
We would also like you to find an appropriate printer for the office. I have all the information needed, only need to arrange it in Power Point 2016.
