Investor-Ready Pitch Deck for AI Tech - Square Meet
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Pitch Deck Design Brief — Square Meet
Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced presentation designer to produce a high-quality 12-slide investor pitch deck for an early-stage technology company.
The deck is for pre-seed fundraising and must meet institutional investor standards (clean, minimal, professional — not over-designed).
Deadline: 23 March (fast turnaround required)
Start: Immediate (we will appoint quickly)
About the Company — Square Meet
Square Meet is a pre-seed, AI-driven technology company operating in the real estate sector.
We are building development decision infrastructure — a platform that automates and standardises feasibility analysis for industrial and logistics real estate.
Today, development decisions are:
slow (months to assess sites)
expensive (multiple consultants)
inconsistent (no standardised framework)
Square Meet transforms this into:
AI-generated feasibility in minutes
standardised, comparable outputs
decision-ready investment insights
This is positioned not as a simple SaaS tool, but as:
a decision system for capital allocation
What We Need
A designer to take our draft content + existing visual direction and produce a polished, investor-ready pitch deck (PowerPoint).
12 slides total
Clean layout, consistent formatting
Strong visual hierarchy
Subtle but high-quality design
Design Direction
We have already created a draft version using Loveable (AI design tool).
This will be shared with shortlisted candidates to:
show layout direction
show tone and visual style
speed up the process
We are NOT starting from scratch
We need refinement, consistency, and professional execution
Design Criteria (Very Important)
The deck must feel:
1. Institutional (NOT “startup flashy”)
Think: private equity / consulting / infrastructure
Clean, serious, credible
2. Minimal and structured
One idea per slide
Strong headline-led design
No clutter
3. Premium
Dark background (navy/black)
Subtle accent colour (gold)
High-quality typography
4. Consistent
Grid alignment
Spacing discipline
Reusable components
Style References (Directionally)
We are aiming for something closer to:
McKinsey / BCG presentation style
Institutional investor decks
High-end SaaS (but not “techy startup”)
NOT:
Over-illustrated
Cartoon-style
Busy / colourful
Deliverables
Final PowerPoint (.pptx)
Fully editable slides
Consistent master template
Font + colour consistency
Ideal Designer
Strong experience in pitch decks / investor presentations
Ability to work quickly and iteratively
Good judgement on what to simplify vs emphasise
Attention to detail (spacing, alignment, hierarchy)
Timeline
Appointment: Immediate
First draft: within 2–3 days
Final delivery: by 23 March
How to Apply
Please include:
Examples of pitch decks or similar work
Confirmation you can meet the timeline
Your proposed fee
Any questions
Shortlisted candidates will be provided with:
Draft deck (Loveable version)
Full content
Brand direction
Additional Notes
This is a high-importance document for investor discussions.
We are looking for a designer who can elevate the deck to a professional, credible, fundable standard.
There is potential for ongoing work if successful.
