Interview Mastery: PowerPoint Training

As a Hiring Manager, my aim is to establish a compelling PowerPoint training program that effectively covers,
1. The conduct of an interview.
2. The identification and avoidance of inappropriate questions.
3. The evaluation process of candidate responses.
The ideal candidate for this job will possess excellent understanding of recruitment processes, interview strategies and have solid experience in creating dynamic and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Given my goal of creating an interactive learning experience, I expect the training to be highly engaging with quizzes and exercises. It should stimulate thoughtful consideration and discussion on interview conduct, and foster a deep understanding of the value of selecting effective questions and accurately evaluating responses.
Proficiency in PowerPoint with ability to implement interactive features and quizzes is a must. Candidates with background in Human Resources and/or Training and Development will be most suited for this task.
