Instructional designer for a program on sensitivity

I am looking for a talented instructional designer to develop a program on sensitivity for employees that will be delivered both online and in-person. This program should last approximately 1-3 hours and cover a variety of topics related to our staff's ability to interact with colleagues and customers in a respectful and inclusive manner. The program should be engaging and designed to empower employees; it should have a clear structure and provide resources to allow employees to put the concepts into action in their day-to-day work.
