Improve my Powerpoint presentation ! (Urgent)

Please i need someone who can improve my PowerPoint Presentation. it's a One Slide already made, but it' ugly and not really understandable.
I need osmeone who can :
-improve it , rerite it if need or use another type of design, up to you
-make it clear and understand to read (it's a step by step project)
-i need it for tomorrow maximum please
