Healthcare Finance PowerPoint Template Design

I need a PowerPoint template for my healthcare finance education company. I would like a deck of 15 slides to use as the foundation for content I will complete later.
The template should embody a professional and clean style, as it's targeted at the healthcare sector. Trees, Pacific Northwest United States, and a retro feel are desired.
Colors included should be:

I will provide logo and other look/feel examples with the designer.
Key elements to be included:
- Cover slide
- Section divider slide
- sub section divider slide
- 1, 2 and 3 columns of information slides
- Slides with a photo as background and information on top
- 4 different standard content slides (heading with bullets underneath in 4 different styles)
- End/Thank you slide
I would like to work with the same person for a pitch deck and other branding materials as I go.
