A summary in PowerPoint (max 5 slides) with your view on current vs. potential performance over the next 2 years and key areas of focus to get it there. There should be grounded assumptions supporting your views (e.g. if revenue will grow by 20%, what will drive that growth?). Please include:
Metrics which are most important to you and how the practice is doing in those areas.
Detail on how you will implement your improvement plan (timing, resources required, etc.).
In either Excel or Google Sheets, a template of a tracker you would like to use to monitor your key metrics going forward. Please also think about how will you implement this tracker? frequency? Who provides the information to you?
