For the in-person interview, I’d like it to be a presentation-style where you present to a few of us a 15-30 PowerPoint presentation based on the MCC Core Values of The Golden Rule, Quality, Integrity, Reinvestment, and Stewardship as it relates to the success of our customers, employees, community, and ourselves
