Fine tune powerpoint presentation

We have a three hour clinical lecture that is essentially a compilation of prior presentations. Each of these has a different themes. Need help in developing a cohesive presentation using the color palate from our logo. The majority of the slides are clinical/surgical, but there are several title and graphic slides.
