Executive Deck Formatting

Job ID: 40201259

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a near-final PowerPoint deck—about 10 to 12 slides—that is going to my CEO for a client proposal, and I need it tightened up so everything looks seamless and boardroom-ready. Content, copy, and basic layout are already in place; what’s missing is that last layer of polish that brings absolute consistency to fonts, alignment, and color usage.

Here’s what I need you to do:

• Re-format every slide to use our company-branding color palette exclusively.
• Standardize all text styles to Arial so headings, body copy, and footers feel cohesive.
• Balance layouts across the deck—margins, spacing, and hierarchy should be uniform slide to slide.
• Refresh existing tables and charts so they are crisp, legible, and visually balanced without introducing any custom illustration or animation.
• Apply light visual uplift where it clarifies information (e.g., subtle shading, consistent icon weight) while respecting the “no creative redesign” rule.

No motion graphics, wild infographics, or experimental fonts—just disciplined corporate formatting that elevates what’s already there. When you return the file, I should be able to drop it straight into the CEO’s hands knowing it reflects our brand and the stakes of the client proposal.

Deliverable: the fully formatted PowerPoint file, ready to present, by the agreed hand-off date.
