Enhance PowerPoint Presentation - Creative Touch Needed

I have a powerpoint presentation ready. it is of 31 pages only. i have majorly filled texts under boxes in it. there are almost no pictures. it appears too raw and verbose. I need someone, "pro" at powerpoint, who can enrich these slides with stuff like an immersive background, some watermark effects, some ai generated images videos(not odd/random ones) that can level up the understandability of the slides. I need to preserve the professional look of the slides and the audience should feel formal yet interested in it. it should have an immersive design, which includes some images that i have entered, and MOST of images you will enter. Imagine am from a maths background and have no interest in decoration whatsoever. so i need your help. But beware that it should not become an art dominated presentation. It should strictly maintain a business look, a formal presentation, with an elegant look, professional to view. On a scale of 10, if i give it 1 as of now, it should reach 9.
I have only 200 Rs. to spend on this. A 31 page ppt with ready content, just in need of image and creative touch, should neither require over an hour of time nor more money for someone who knows that he/she is just giving a creative touch. planning for it, collecting the addable and then editing in one go is the technique for it. The presentation remains a scientific presentation and will be valued based on its content. Just that, for look purpose, i just dont want to leave that variable of creativity.
Also, i'll close this project by today evening 7 pm IST. Till then if someone capable can give an hour, fine then.
