Embed video into powerpoint

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me embed a local video file into my PowerPoint presentation, and show me how its done. Here are the specific requirements for the project:
- Embedding a local video file into PowerPoint
- The video file should start and end at specific time stamps that I will provide
- The freelancer should have experience working with PowerPoint and be familiar with embedding videos
- Knowledge of PowerPoint 2010 or later versions is preferred, but not required
- Show me how to do it myself as I will have many more powerpoint presentations to add video to, and I want to be able to do it myself. In other words, I am looking for someone who can do it and show me how to do it.
