Editable Powerpoint Infographic

I need a quick PPT infographic that I can edit:

- Center of Page Inner Circle: EDA
- Second Layer Circle: Digital Innovation
- Third Layer Circle: EDA Benefits (scalability > resiliency > flexibility > real-time data > collaboration) -- perhaps in wrapped text connected together divided into wrapped "partitions" in the circle

I need "Labelled Spokes" coming out from the centered circles -- Version 1: " 8 Business Capabilities" Spokes, Version 2: "11 Lighthouse Projects" Spokes.

Each of the spokes would have its own label --

Either the 8 "Business Capabilities"
1 - Product Management
2 - Customer Engagement
3 - Order Management
4 - Manufacturing
5 - Supply Chain
6 - Finance
7 - Enterprise Functions
8 - Commercial Services

I need a small text box on the outside edge of each "labelled spoke" where I can add a short description. I need to be able to add text to the spokes and to the outer text descriptions myself. In other words, it needs to be designed with editable text "placeholders".

See attached for a very bad rough draft. The text in the circles needs to be curved -- the third outer circle needs to be one circle with 5 connected titled text sections for my descriptions.
