Editable PowerPoint Conversion

I'm looking for a skilled freelance PPT designer to convert a 10-slide image-based PowerPoint deck into an editable PowerPoint format. Need the ability to change the colors with themes. Needs to be pixel perfect.
Requirements:
- You dont need to convert the icons or any other symbols. Put put a placeholder icon.
- Convert each slide into an editable PowerPoint.
- Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy to the provided PNG images.
- Text, lines, arrows, etc., need to be replicated exactly.
- Replace icons with a single placeholder icon per image.
- Apply 3 provided color palette themes throughout the entire deck.
- Use custom fonts to closely match the images.
