Designing a PPT for startup pitch

Hi...this is the start of a long term engagement. We are a startup and have not empaneled any Design agency so far.
The first task is about creating a top class PPT template and designing the different slides. Total of approx. 15 slides. Task to be completed in 2-3 days at max. Budget is Rs. 5000.
