Design and transform an existing PPT Presentation to moderm and professional

Our colleagues in China have created a presentation for a customer to promote our full range of brand development services in China. The existing PPT has good contents but the look and feel is plain. We are looking for a designer who can transform this PPT to a modern look and also more professional.
We would like to use this PPT as a template for future presentations for customers. Therefore the structure of the PPT should be well defined and contents can be easily replaced. Animated actions can be applied so not all contents are displayed at the same time on each page.
The current PPT has 36 pages. It can be reduced to 15-20 pages. It is not necessory to include all contents in the new design. Sometimes less is more.
