Design my powerpoint presentation

I have a 35 slide presentation that I need branded in a red colour. I will provide all content and images, but I will need you to completely design. I have a quick turnaround and need this due back in 24 hours.

The theme of the presentation is - Hong Kong. So small oriental themes are welcome.
