Data Integrity Associate

The Data Integrity Associate works within the Sales Operations department and is responsible for being the first point of contact relating to updating the company’s proprietary database (ATS/CRM) and relevant data to ensure optimal quality of the information contained therein. This includes database maintenance, information quality assurance, efficient data entry, comparing and contrasting internal data to external directories and overall records management. This position may also serve as a backup for answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately and/or vetting new opportunities.
