Custom SmartArt graphics for use in PowerPoint

We have a PowerPoint template that comes with new designs the team can use. We want to add these designs *directly* into SmartArt in PowerPoint so that the team can choose and modify (i.e. the size) as they need. The below link is the closest I have come to finding a 'tutorial' on how to create such designs and algorithms to work with SmartArt, but I need someone with the skills and, preferably, experience - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/msdn-magazine/2007/february/create-custom-smartart-graphics-for-use-in-the-2007-office-system. There are 7-10 designs that need work (see attached). With your proposal, I'd like an estimate of timescale per design and price.
