Creation of Two Stakeholder Maps in Visio with PowerPoint Integration

I am seeking a freelancer skilled in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint to create two separate stakeholder maps:
1. Chart 1 and Chart 2 creation using a provided PowerPoint template as a reference.
2. Each chart should include about 12 logos of various government municipalities, which I will provide names and website links for.
3. Visit each supplied website, download the highest quality logo available, and integrate these into the Visio chart accurately.
4. After creating the charts in Visio, transfer them to PowerPoint format.
5. Ensure each logo in PowerPoint is hyperlinked to its corresponding website and remains fully amendable.
The final deliverables must be two fully amendable PowerPoint files containing the respective Visio-created charts with correctly hyperlinked logos.
