Creating PPT learning and development plan for company interns

I have a project that need to create PPT for a company L&D plan for their interns:
for those interns ( as fresh Graduates ) The plan should have:

Proper onboarding:
* Meeting with HR Department ( understand the company policies and all company related information
* Meet all the department heads and management to have a full insight on the organization
On the job:
* Assign a mentor for each intern from the consern deoartmnet
* Assign at least 5 Linkedin Courses and Masterclass Courses from company website
* Set up at least One meeting for each intern every 2 weeks for the first 3 months to measure the development plan
Devleopmnet Plan:
applying the 70-20 models and I will attache couple of photos which it should show exactly what I am looking for for the "Interns Development Plan"
FYI: I will need a kind of tamblet which I can use it for each Intern joining the company.

Note: this should a full project in PPT slides and the development plan template as attached in Word Doc as reflected in the PPT as well please.
