Create a powerpoint slides and then video from information

Hi, if you can create a nice looking powerpoint then video from article and webpage we have on a health topic, then this one will be easy for you!
We have a couple of articles and a webpage containing information we need to put into a video. The best format for us is turning that information into a slidedeck in powerpoint and then creating the video.
Requirements
* All the content is ready and available in a proper outline (H2s, H3s etc.). Just copy and paste!
* Most pictures are already there. However, if you can source some royalty free pics/short vid clips that would be great
* It must look nice. All fonts the same and properly sized.
* Video must be in Davinci Resolve and compiled
* Video Length: Less than 5 minutes
* Narration is not required but if you can do it or get it done, then we can compensate for that.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating educational videos
- Proficiency in power point and video editing software
- Ability to create engaging visuals and concise narration
