Create editable PPT and Visio file of an enterprise Diagram

We need an editable PPT and Visio template to make updates per the attached diagram picture. We need all the shapes/objects on the diagram and we need the words/descriptions editable in order to update to reflect a new system integration diagram with the same architecture lay out as shown. It has to be professional and modern look and feel for a successful presentation.
