Create course/training modules

I am looking for an individual who can create course/training modules in PowerPoint. The selected candidate must be fluent in French and English, have excellent writing and communication skills and be able to deliver the product in a timely manner. The training will be delivered in the fall (October) and to a French speaking audience. The learning material will be provided in Word document. The Presentation must be concise, interactive and not more than 20 slides
