Create Professional PowerPoint Deck PPT for annual presentation

Seeking someone who can make a professional Powerpoint presentation for a managerial annual report. There will be graphs, etc. Since this is proprietary information, I will provide the template after the first vetting. There are around 15 to 20 slides in the deck.
The presentation MUST be professional. Just for clarification, this is an intellectual property so after the first vetting, we will provide the slide deck, Freelancer will have to sign NDA.
I do expect you to revise your bid after viewing the information. BONUS paid for deliverable good work ahead of schedule. Note, although this job is quoted fixed price hour given the difficulty on Upwork of posting a fixed priced job, so please quote in your proposal a fixed price.
