Create a PowerPoint presentation from a PDF

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a PowerPoint presentation from a PDF document. The presentation will need to have more than 20 slides. I would like the freelancer to mirror the PDF exactly in terms of layout and design. There is no need for any additional elements such as animations, voiceovers, or interactive elements. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and be able to accurately replicate the content of the PDF.
