Create a PPT from a document

My team and I have been tasked to create a PowerPoint presentation from a 10-20 page document that focuses on business/marketing. We are looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently to produce a polished presentation that has a creative and colorful design. It's important that this presentation will be appealing and engaging and capture the right market audience. Experience with similar projects is preferred, but a strong design eye and attention to detail are a must.
