Create Corporate Document Templates

I am looking to create two document templates for my company: 1) a Powerpoint template with my logo and some additional stylization to create professional looking powerpoint presentations; the Powerpoint template should include a title page and at least two different "content" pages as part of the template package and 2) a template to create ebooks and/or other pdf-type docs that also reflect my logo and are a bit stylized to look professional. For template # 2, I don't know what the "base" document is to serve as the template (is it an MS Word doc, an editable .pdf doc, etc.). Note: Am assuming the pricing would include at least 2 modification or iteration cycles based on POCs created.
