Corporate PowerPoint Template Requirements

I would like to create a professional, clean and simple powerpoint template to be used for corporate presentations.
The requirements are challenging as the template should look more like a corporate brochure than a PowerPoint with no decorative elements e.g. dots, lines. The only colours that can be used are green, white and black.
A sample powerpoint template is attached for your reference. I would like to offer the job tomorrow and have the powerpoint by 8th April, Mon, end of day.
