Comprehensive PowerPoint Overhaul for Business Proposal

I am in need of an expert who can enhance the content and design of my PowerPoint presentation, in addition to making necessary formatting adjustments. The presentation is for a business proposal and contains more than 20 slides, therefore the successful candidate must have adequate experience in business presentations and be skilled in the various aspects of PowerPoint including but not limited to:

- Editing and improving the content to be persuasive and impactful
- Designing visually appealing slides that are effective in communicating the message
- Applying consistent and appropriate formatting throughout the presentation

We have over 40 slides currently. Most of the content will be changed or updated. Looking for help to take existing info and make it a consistent format ready for us to import new content. Some of the images and logos are the wrong color scheme. Needing someone with strong visual creativity to assist in making this an impactful presentation.
