Car Tracking

I NEED A PRESENTATION:

Scenario:
An automobile service centre uses Salesforce to track customer cars and service visits. Cars can be
owned by companies or individuals. In the case of companies, a visit can involve more than one car.
We need to track the cars owned by each customer, the visits and the cars maintained during each visit.
1. Draw the entity relationship diagram (i.e. the data model)
2. Create a counter on the customer record to show the “number of visits to date” and “the
number of cars they currently own”
3. Visits cannot be completed without a related car
4. Create an email reminder to customers 3 months after their last visit.
5. Create a report to show the number of visits per car make per province
6. Import the attached data to Salesforce
7. Team members should be able to see their own visits only, managers should be able to see all
the visits
