Create PowerPoint Slider Master Template

I need someone to take all the slides in an existing powerpoint document and put them into the slidemaster using my new fonts and colours. So that I can then use this new document as a template for all documents moving forward by choosing from the various layouts in the slide master. Also need to have two versions, one in 16:9 for digital presentations and one in 4:3 for print (a4).
