Build a presentation from a video

I am looking for someone to build a MS PowerPoint presentation from a video that I provide.
The freelancer will have to find original images (free stock images) that are similar to those shown in the video and copy on screen words / tables/ etc.
I will provide a transcript that should be matched in the MS powerpoint notes to each slide.
There will be numerous videos.
I am looking for someone who can work quickly, because this is a fast track project.
