Brand Book for the business

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a brand book for my business. I am seeking a moderate level of detail that covers tone and voice guidelines, as well as aesthetic representation when possible. The brand book should be issued in digital presentation format, such as in a PowerPoint presentation or PDF document. Experience in designing visual representations and infographics is highly desirable. The freelancer should aim to present the information in an engaging way that captures the essence of our brand.
