Assistance with major account plan for an Australian telecommunications company

Looking for someone to assist with a majoy account plan for an Australian telecommunications company. I have a broad outline, but need someone who has good powerpoint skills, to add graphics, and graphs etc. They will also need to havknoledge of the local telecommunications market to add additional commentary.
