Animiate SImple Powerpoint Presentation

Hello potential freelancers! I am looking for someone to animate a simple PowerPoint presentation for me. The presentation should be short, between 1-4 minutes long. I don’t need any original artwork, but I do need it to be animated in 2D - either through motion graphics or character animation.
