I am seeking a skilled professional to analyze a learning journey aimed at improving leadership development skills and knowledge amongst adults aged 30 and above.
In this project, the primary focus will be:
- Understanding and analyzing the efficiency of the learning modules.
- Identifying areas that need improvement for better knowledge acquisition.
- Exploring the impact and proficiency level growth of participants.
The perfect candidate for this project will have:
- Previous experience in education, specifically adult learning.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly within the leadership development space.
- Deep understanding of continuing education for adults.
- Proven track record in similar projects on leadership development.
