Adjust PDF to powerpoint and add more info

I need someone to adjust a PDF to PowerPoint format and add additional information. The original PDF is in text format only, and no new design elements need to be added during the conversion. However, I do need to add additional information to the PDF before it can be converted to PowerPoint. The work needs to be done accurately and promptly.
