Hello, I want to have a PowerApps program. a main page to show different options: one to explore the data of the facility, another to add a new facility, and finally an option to do a visit to the facility.
The requirements for adding a facility include basic information and coordination of the facility; each facility will have a unique code.
When visiting a facility, the technician will fill out a check list; some of them do not need to be filled out, like coordination and the name of the facility (the information that was already filled out in the Add Facility option). The technician can explore the location of the facility by clicking on the map. Also, technician name will be automatically filled.
The system will automatically register the visit according to the unique code.
Finally, the data on the facility can be explored to show how many times it has been visited and to compare the visits.
