I need help with a power app developer

I need help to finishing a power app. It is 95 percent done.
I have develop an simple app with 2 separate lists. 1 SharePoint list is job announcements with a due date , Titled "Detail Announcements".
The other list is a interest list integrated with power apps. The interest list is for people who want to apply for job in the job announcements. In this list, I have been trying to add a rule to remove the job announcement once it is passed the due date. NOTE: In the interest list , when people are applying for a job, the drop down choices of jobs is a lookup column. As of now i have been able to remove the job when it passes the date, however it is not registering in the interest list
