debugging due dates in our project management program using PowerApps

a project management tool that is built using PowerApps, and we have some debugging needed on the back end.
-The main task due dates do not automatically update to be the same as the furthest out subtask (tasks within the main task) due date.
-Sometimes the project main due dates display the incorrect date.
-When creating a new task the minimum due date is at least 2 business days from the date creating the task. As of now, the back end just adds 2 days as a default, but doesn't ignore weekends. We need to ignore weekends for the 2 days ahead. Example: When creating a task on Thursday it defaults the due date to Monday, and when creating a task on Friday, it defaults the due date to Tuesday.
