Workflow for a utilities company encompassing customer management, quotes, progress and works completion
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
Bespoke Design of Works Management System to incorporate the following:
- Quotation Management - integration with DocuSign or Adobe Sign
- Pre-Construction and Design process
- Pre-Operational Delivery
- Delivery
- Job Closeout
Ideally we would like this implemented by Late Summer. The completed works will be completed within our M365 tenant and will be subject to IP agreement if there is interest from a Freelancer.
Obviously the scope on this project is quite large, but think of all the things that you'd normally see in each of the five objectives above and they'll be included.
As it says above, we believe that this is a six month project and the successful applicant will be expected to join progress and scoping meetings to fully understand the requirement.
