Workflow App Enhancement: Roles & Status

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help refine our workflow application. The project involves incorporating three distinct user roles: Administrator, Manager, and Employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement role-specific functionalities in the application.
- Establish a set of predefined statuses (Pending, In-progress, Completed) across the workflow.
Although we have a set of statuses ready to be applied, the ideal candidate should have experience with permission management, role-based dashboards, and custom notifications, as these features may be needed in the future.
Skills and Experience Required:
