We are enhancing our internal conference room booking app built on Microsoft Power Apps. The goal is to improve usability and functionality for employees booking rooms at HQ without using Outlook.
Scope of Work:
• Implement a navigation bar/menu for smooth user experience across screens.
• Add a calendar view to display and select available time slots for rooms.
• Enable sending invites to attendees with optional fields for messages and Microsoft Teams link (manually input by user if needed).
• Build functionality to edit or cancel bookings, whether individual or part of a recurring series.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiar with SharePoint data sources and Microsoft 365 connectors.
• Can build responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Skilled in debugging and enhancing low-code apps with real-time logic and dynamic data filtering.
This role is remote and focuses on functional enhancements, not starting from scratch.
